This notepad is here to inspire & motivate you!  It measures A5 in size & has 50 tear away pages in total for you keep (and journal) or tear off! Made with a purpose to encourage positivity and self care within your day to day tasks.

There are 3 main sections on this daily planner;

Today goals - A space to help you focus on what you want to achieve for the day. 

Doodle/Thoughts - A space to scribble and doodle for anxious minds, or those that like to keep busy! 

To remember for tomorrow - A space to write down all those extra ideas/thoughts that pop into your head that you would rather not forget.

There is also an extra little encouragement on this page where you can record how you are feeling, and also your positive word for the day.
